The countdown to graduation continues! 🎓 Today, the Class of 2026 returned to campus for Commencement Exercises rehearsal, followed by a Senior Carnival and BBQ lunch filled with great food, games, and memories with classmates. A perfect way to celebrate the final days together before graduation!

On Thursday, the members of the Class of 2027 received their Stepinac class rings, marking an important milestone in their high school journey. The tradition symbolizes the brotherhood, pride, and lifelong connection shared by all Crusaders. Congratulations to the Class of 2027 on this special occasion as they continue to build memories and traditions that will last a lifetime.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for last week’s Open House at Archbishop Stepinac High School! It was a great opportunity to welcome prospective students and families to campus, showcase our brotherhood, and share what makes the Stepinac experience so special. We appreciate everyone who took the time to visit, meet our faculty, staff, and students, and learn more about our academic, athletic, and extracurricular opportunities. Stepinac students once again showcased academic excellence on the prestigious National Latin Exam, earning numerous Gold, Silver, Magna Cum Laude, and Cum Laude honors across all levels of competition. With more than 100,000 students participating worldwide each year, the National Latin Exam recognizes outstanding achievement in Latin language and classical studies. Special congratulations to our Gold Medal recipients: Viggo McCartney ’29, James Rosensteel ’28, Oisin Stack ’28, Josiah Gold ’28, Vincent Mazzei ’28, Patrick Mitchell ’28, Christopher Keating ’27, Michael McTiernan ’27, and D’mar Smith ’27. These accomplishments reflect the dedication, hard work, and intellectual curiosity of our students, as well as the strength of Stepinac’s Foreign Language program. Congratulations to all of our award recipients!

Today, the Stepinac community came together in faith to celebrate the Feast of the Ascension — a reminder of Christ’s promise, hope, and call to live as witnesses of the Gospel each day. Through prayer, reflection, and community, we continue to strengthen the bonds that make Stepinac more than a school — a brotherhood grounded in faith and tradition.

Last Monday, May 5, our students had the incredible opportunity to visit BNY Mellon, where they toured the trading floor and the Cyber Security Technology Operations Center. The experience gave our boys firsthand insight into today’s evolving business and technology landscape. Discussions focused on personal branding, building a strong elevator pitch, and how professionals are embracing AI to improve efficiency in the workplace. Executives also shared how AI is being used internally at BNY and compared their own LLM platforms with other leading AI tools. Thank you to @BNYglobal for providing such a meaningful and eye-opening experience for our students!

CHAMPIONSHIP BOUND!

Today at Archbishop Stepinac High School, history is being made as some of our students take two Advanced Placement exams for the very first time at Stepinac — AP Pre-Calculus and AP Japanese. These new offerings reflect our continued commitment to expanding academic opportunities and challenging our students to grow both inside and outside the classroom.
