@JordanCohen21 @TheBrokeAgent Add price if the seller would appreciate that you have folks pre-qualify themselves before inquiry. Don’t add price if they want you to create the largest buyer pool possible…Typically, my standard residential client prefers the latter. Luxury client the former.

I’ve said this before and I will say it again, i HATE when realtors post a listing and leave out the price. Nothing more frustrating. What is the price a big secret?
