US forces do not have the means for a proper ground invasion of Iran - not even in a half a year.
All they have there now are some brigades of Marines and Paras. That is NOT enough for something serious - not even to take and hold an island.
The whole "preparation" was a PR gag - and most of the transport planes you saw on different channels were sent to RESCUE US citicens and military out of the war zone near Iran.
That is why some Generals were fired - and that is why the clown in chief posted so much desperate shit lately.
He has lost that war.

We bombed every significant military, industrial, and infrastructure target in North Vietnam. We bombed North Korea until there were practically no freestanding structures remaining between the 38th parallel and the Yalu River.

USrael needs Iran to become a failed state, similar to what they did to Syria: no industrial economy, no universities, no modern medicine. They want Iranians to be too busy stabbing each other over food and dying of 18th century diseases to be able to function as a modern country

The Qatari government has declared the Islamic Republic of Iran’s military attaché, the security attaché, as well as all personnel working in those two offices, to be persona non grata and is expelling them from the country.
The attachés and their respective staff have 24 hours to leave Qatar.
