Whatever your thoughts on a Senior TT being declared after one lap, three things aren’t up for debate: Gary Thompson and his team do an amazing job, and you wouldn’t want his role. Believe me. You cannot control the weather. Dean Harrison is a worthy winner. He’s been sublime!

Before today, Bez had never finished in the top 5 of a MotoGP race in Austin. Shows how good that Aprilia is and just how much he’s matured as a rider. He joins an elite club with 5 wins in a row in the premier class ⬇️ Duke Surtees Hailwood Agostini Doohan Rossi Marquez 😮‍💨

And for the record, it should always be the full list when it comes to achievements like this. ‘Modern Era’ stats can be applied for certain scenarios, of course, but let’s not forget our history and the roots of the sport!

@Lilywhite_Rose You can’t predict what a right interim choice is. Any interim is a gamble. He might not work, and I can imagine you’ll be itching to say “I told you so” if that’s the case, but what if he’s not!? It’s happening either way so why not get behind it!?

What a ridiculous time to gamble on a completely unproven coach in the Premier League who was sacked from his last job after a winless eight-game run. The squad currently has 11 fit first-team players, a North London Derby in 9 days time. It had to be the right appointment!
