@danbharris Dan. It resonates with me. Deeply. BTW, to use your vernacular, who the fuck IS this on your podcast? I’m getting sort of a ‘Vinny’ feeling tone based on the ‘not a Boston’ accent.
@notthefakeSVP You seem like the smartest guy in most rooms. Therefore, can you please join the negotiations with @YouTubeTV and settle the contract dispute? Thank you.
Hey @danbharris - Your friend Cara Lai wrote an incredibly poignant and helpful essay in Lion’s Roar about the opportunity for us humans to have a better relationship with nature. lionsroar.us7.list-manage.com/track/click?u=…
@BradSchoenfeld But my question is: What’s a step? GARMIN counts my shuffling around in the house as steps. It’s why I typically shoot for 12-15k steps per day.
Step count shows an inverse relationship with mortality. The largest benefits are seen with ~7000 steps/day, but risks continued to decrease to a smaller extent w/every additional 1000 steps/day up 12 000 steps/day (the highest # analyzed).

@KelDansby@uncrownedcombat Mel - I had never heard of you and typically only check Y! Sports for scores. I’ve got to tell you you: You are a very good writer.
@RitholtzWealth@ATeachMoment Great post, except for the part about the garage. Real estate is costly enough around here that I’m not wasting my garage to store a car.
You Don’t Need What You Want
"This overspending crisis is a symptom of a deeper problem in many ways. If people were at peace with themselves and their lives, they would not feel the need to purchase stuff to make them feel better."

@RyanHoliday It looks like the Naval Academy said 'no,' and I'm in utter disbelief. You're not exactly a crazy pants, Ryan. But apparently, your right to free speech makes you unacceptable on their platform. As a result, I am speechless.
@JosiahOnAir Dude!! It’s not April Fools. You’re REALLY on Symphony Hall right now. Wow! Are they scraping the bottom of the fill in pile, or are you a classical music fan? Nice to hear you on here!
@BrendonBurchard The other day you judged therapy as an excuse for not taking more responsibility, even though getting therapy is a 100% responsible behavior. Today, you’re judging aimlessness. But instead of judging, why not ask what the root causes might be? Oops. You’re not an IST. Never mind.
@BrendonBurchard If you have to write, “Before you attack,” you should use less incendiary wording. I don’t ‘love’ therapy. But right now I need it to treat a moderate level of clinical (and painful) anxiety and depression. And I am no longer hiding in the shame closet. Peace out, Brendon.
@danbharris Speaking of podcasts, I’m proud to support you as a paying subscriber and thrilled that the pod is now available ad free on several platforms. Please thank your team. And thank YOU, Dan.
Let me know in the comments if you too have experienced this phenomenon.

@adamxii Wishing you success & peace of mind in the future. Not that you should care, but I give the current incarnation of the WBOS stream about six months, given the previous track record of the WFNX and WBOS online-only streams. And yes, SF terrestrial radio is far worse than Boston’s.
@Grubhub_Care Hi - Tonight I ordered sushi from a restaurant in San Carlos, CA. The restaurant crossed off an item and wrote ‘not available.’ A quick chat session and you folks jammed on expediting a refund. Thank you! Great work.
@NewAgeHealers@djkevincole@kexp Fuck! I only caught the last 30 seconds of it. So good. How good? ‘Knocked me off my feet even through my iPhone’ good. Congrats & thank you! And thank YOU, Kevin. (Come to SF next Tue night!)
There’s many reasons to listen to @djkevincole on @kexp. great music, amazing stories, etc. AND he’s agreed to debut our new single “The Spin Out” from our forthcoming album of the same name at 5p pacific and listening is as easy as logging on to KEXP.
