Woman stops her car in front of the ICE facility in Los Angeles on Saturday (wrong date in video). She refuses to comply with DHS to move her car and gets arrested. She resists and is dragged into the facility. Bystanders who were originally laughing at police end up shouting. Arrested woman screams that DHS is obstructing her civil rights.
