UnicornVerse – Official Legal Statement   UnicornVerse is aware that an external party has indicated an intention to publish statements on social media and to submit complaints to regulatory authorities regarding our companyand a third party project. We issue this statement to provide clarity and ensure the facts are accurately understood.   Following an internal review, UnicornVerse confirms that, as of November 2025, the project had not completed nor progressed through any stage of our onboarding, due-diligence, or approval processes. On 15 November, the project attempted to submit materials in an effort to initiate a potential business relationship. The information provided was found to be incomplete and inconsistent with our requirements, and the onboarding request did not proceed beyond this initial submission. No discussions advanced into any authorised engagement, and no agreement formal or otherwise was entered into between UnicornVerse and the project.   UnicornVerse’s commitments can only be established through authorised representatives and formally executed documentation. Informal communications, preliminary conversations, or unverified materials do not constitute an agreement, do not create obligations for the company, and cannot be relied upon as evidence of any partnership or engagement with UnicornVerse.   We are aware of statements suggesting or implying the existence of a relationship between our company and the project. Any such interpretations are incorrect. Presenting incomplete, inaccurate, or unverified information as evidence of a relationship that did not exist may mislead the public and does not reflect the facts.   UnicornVerse respects the role of regulators and remains prepared to cooperate with any legitimate inquiry. At the same time, we encourage all parties to act responsibly when making public statements or submitting information to regulatory bodies. The dissemination of inaccurate or misleading claims may create unnecessary confusion for users and stakeholders.   UnicornVerse remains committed to transparency, responsible communication, and the integrity of our operations. We will continue to monitor the situation and take appropriate measures to protect our rights and uphold the trust placed in us by our community and partners.
