The current state of the Royal Navy:
2 aircraft carriers — neither operational.
6 Type 45 destroyers (our most powerful warships) — one operational (in Cyprus).
7 Type 23 frigates (less powerful, much older) — three operational
5 Astute class nuke-powered subs — one operational (in Arabian Sea?).
Surely those responsible for this appalling state of unreadiness (a national embarrassment if ever there was one)— political, civilian and military — should be fired/charged.
Their incompetence has effectively left us without a navy.
Quite an achievement for an ancient island nation.

@SteveHutsonCGE Yea an increase would of met a lot of criticsm. A free shirt last longer than any ticket could. That child could be wearing that non matchdays and could lead to further interest later on from other friends etc. We all have different opinons & its good to gage different opinons.

Is it hyperbole to say this looks like one of the best offerings Rovers have ever presented? For sure the best in recent times. My biggest criticism so far would be the payment plan/period - feels too restrictive.

I’ve not said anything specific to pricing but youre dead right and any increase would have been met with criticism. The finance option would not be viable for many who would need a longer payment period. And I would imagine a free season ticket would keep kids engaged much longer than a free shirt tbh.

@SteveHutsonCGE The finance option is good for people but pricing has remained the same as last season so let’s not get to far ahead. I’d rather see kids have a free shirt than a free ticket, get them engaged at a early age, we’ve always been behind the curve when it comes to that.

@bs4_gas When I say offering I’m referring to the whole package which imo is an impressive start. Financially speaking the free ticket for younger kids probably limits their scope to offer a free shirt too. Family ticket I wouldn’t be surprised if we see it in the near future.
