@Ballislife Insane game, but how does the dunk mastermind of this decade get 40 pts and not have a single dunk in there. That was a layup clinic. There were a few breakaway opportunities where I thought for sure the throw down was coming only for a 190 degrees of sidespin layup to happen

@SeattleCigars Are you gonna be ok? Do you have anything else going on outside of the life of a 19 year old? Everything is going to be alright, man. I hope the best for you.

My take on Demond’s return: -If UW had not taken an aggressive legal posture, Demond would be gone. The only reason he’s back is purely financial. -He’s reckless with his money. Irresponsible and immature off the field. -I don’t care that he’s 19 years old. You’re responsible. You’re accountable for your actions. -Lockeroom will be divided. He was the highest paid player on team by far, and then pulled this stunt. Some guys will get it. Others won’t. -The Jedd / Demond power dynamic is changed now. Something tells me Jedd can hold a grudge. But, he also truly loves his players. He loves them in a way that most coaches do not. Most coaches view players as a means to an end. Without this love, there was no chance of a return. -Frankly, I don’t want him on Montlake. You’re allowed to make mistakes and seek redemption. His instagram post does NOTHING to achieve redemption. As fans, alumni, and boosters, we don’t have to accept him back. -If the team truly wants to establish a pathway to redemption, he should answer questions from the media, take it like a man. He should also make a donation to Mia’s family. None of these actions will be done authentically, of course. He already played his hand and now we know. But at least it helps soften the optics for the program. Demond On The Field: Demond needs to return to the athlete and dude he was as a backup. Demond as a starter is not a leader. He needs to work on his accuracy and comfort in the pocket. He did not develop the way I anticipated he would this year. He can’t see the middle 1/3 of the field, and I don’t see how Demond gets us to the CFP. He’s electric and very talented. But UW needs a leader under center. And a leader, he is not.

@SeattleCigars I could not agree more. I wish he was going elsewhere and we have found a replacement, who can manage a game, but also someone who respects the jersey and realizes how blessed he is to lead the P&G. Next year is doomed.

Sources: Washington quarterback Demond Williams has agreed to a new deal to return to the Huskies for 2026. He’ll be one of the sport’s top quarterbacks next season. He accounted for 32 touchdowns last year through the air and ground.

The President is getting a bogus "peace"award from corrupt FIFA president Infantino as ICE simultaneously detains thousands of innocent, legal immigrants all over the country, USCIS arbitrarily denies meritorious petitions, CBP denies lawful entry and DOS denies visas. Ironic.

So true. Great to have the CFP obviously as a goal but the season isn’t over if that’s out of reach. People that view it this way aren’t being realistic or fair to the players or coaches. For over 100 years teams would go 9-3 or 10-2 and have a New Years Bowl game and celebrate a great accomplishment. I get the 12 team playoff has changed that POV for many but if you finish 10-3 and finish 13th in the country is the season a failure? Again the CFP should be the goal but let these teams compete and fight their asses off and see where you are at the end of the year!

NEW: Missouri head coach Eli Drinkwitz pushes back on ‘playoff-or-bust’ mentality in college football: "We gotta get out of this ‘Oh man, it’s playoffs or bust,' If the season only counts for 12 football teams, and we got 127 D1 football teams, that math’s not gonna math very well... There’s a whole heck of a lot to be proud of." (h/t @JoeyVZ_) on3.com/news/eli-drink…

Told you Jedd was getting hired 2 days before it was announced. (Officially announced 1/14/21) My opinion: He was the right hire then. And even more so now. He’s built out a killer staff and recruits his ass off. He’s a helluva play caller. There’s obviously room for improvement, but we’re in the middle of a rebuild. We need help at O Line in particular if we’re gonna succeed in BIG10. Extend Jedd. Re-work the deal. And keep investing in UW football. The alternative to this blows up the program.

If that’s not the biggest bowl of bullshit I have ever heard so let me get this straight. You discredit, Texas even though more than likely that team will end up in the playoffs, but you don’t say a damn word about the fact that this so-called great Washington team has played the equivalent of ITT tech, DeVry Institute and ICDC College This is nothing more than Ohio State fatigue people are tired of the Ohio State relevance train continuing to role

@WNBA @LVAces @Google Can someone tell me why Bell is out there in crunch time? She fly by people on the dribble, is a stand still shooter who doesn't create, does not grab rebounds. She did not win DPOY (she is not Dijonai Carrington or Gabby Williams level defender either) so why is she out there?
