About 44% of Spirit Airlines employees were minorities (POC).
Spirit Airlines had a big focus on hiring minorities and create path for growth.
Recently, most of the companies new managers were POCs.
Knowing Trump’s stance on diversity’s hires, a bailout was never part of the equation for Spirit.
He would rather let it die, let 1000s go unemployed rather than injecting funds into the company.
