I had my sights pretty firmly set on SLU today, but in hindsight, I should have waited for the result of the TCU/Ohio State game, and once TCU won, would have made sense to pivot

Important strategy note for DraftKings King of the Dogs 👑 If you have a team in mind, WAIT until just before their tipoff. For example: if 13 seed Troy upsets Nebraska and you already locked in an 11 seed that plays tonight, you were better off just throwing your token away. Waiting until your game’s tipoff allows you to pivot in case an upset happens early in the day. 👊

NIL has definitely changed the tournament. 14-16 seeds are nearly always drawing dead
But a talented 12-seed earning a tournament bid can still beat a 5-seed in any given game
Don't apply a macro trend as a hard veto on an individual game. High Point reminded me of that today

But in 40 minutes of basketball there is a lot of variance, and the ball bounced their way today! Enjoy the free bets, High Point is the 👑

@StevePBets @DK_Assist I went with high point because their Offensive efficiency is top 10 and on paper I thought they matched up well with Wisconsin.
Also I saw a lot of people on USF and VCU. I don't have the balls to pick a 16 or 15. Arkansas looks really good for a 4 seed. So HP was my pick

@ryanterry86 @DK_Assist Great process! There are definitely many ways to skin a cat in this contest. From a strictly math standpoint, they were the clear pick. And like you said, there were some bball edges that pointed to them as well.
And yes, lots on 11 seeds, those people were all drawing dead!

@LawrencePeter_8 I project them at around 9.5% ownership, so it depends on how many people entered the contest. There are usually around 20k people who enter the other DK contests, so if it's roughly the same for this contest I would expect around $950.
