Last night Ann and I were lucky enough to be invited by @ParamountUK to the uk premiere of @September5Movie a sobering story about the 1972 Munich terrorist attacks. The film is getting well deserved rave reviews. It’s suspenseful, shocking, hard hitting, superbly directed and filmed and in our current political climate, very relevant. Highly recommended. A must see 🎥

Sad to say goodbye to everyone on #DancingOnIce, all the pros, the judges, the whole team, all the celebs, and especially the wonderful, not to mention patient, Vicky Ogden! I will miss you all but I will be watching carefully, I may not know how to skate but I do know what I should've been doing! Good luck to everyone in the coming weeks

Hope you enjoyed this week's track and my efforts to get further around the ice, I'm definitely getting there, progressing slowly but surely! Some people may not know this about me but I'm a proud ambassador for @DiabetesUK and have been a supporter since my diagnosis of type 2 diabetes.   Today, on #WorldDiabetesDay I want to join Diabetes UK in starting to tackle the negativity and stigma that people living with diabetes face.  For me, it was slightly different. I was going for my fifth Olympic gold medal, there was a lot of media attention and a lot of positive stories. But for many others, it’s not like that.  So many people misunderstand the condition and make judgements which can be subtle, but its effects are harmful.  It’s time to change the mindset.
