@HackingDave @edskoudis In a rural areas things are disconnected vs. a "big city". Robotics for now seems to be the common thread and we'll work through that + STEM. I'm tossing around doing cyberpatriots (a LEO) told me about that.

@HackingDave @edskoudis Congrats. Would be interesting if you've written anything on the K-12 and cyberprograms. Would be interested. I'm in cyber, adjunct in cyber at a local community college and wondering how I can assist in a rural setting.

Happy to announce that I took a board position (thanks @edskoudis) to SANS Technology Institute (college degree programs). I'm truly excited here as it fits right in to my passion of helping the next generation of cybersecurity folks get into the industry. Amazing mission reaching our youth, and impacting the next generation of hackers. I'm also on the board of Paradigm Cyber Ventures which focuses on K-12 cybersecurity hands-on courses in the high school level and we sponsor and fund many high school cybersecurity programs. Make the world a better place. sans.edu/about/governan…

My wife and I have been married for 30 years. I’m 63 this year and worked as a financial analyst at JPMorgan Chase. During my retirement party, my daughter told me she wanted to learn about investing, so I started writing a simple investment guide for her. My wife suggested that I share this guide for free on Threads. If you’re interested in investing, please like and follow. Hope this guide can be useful to you.

Introducing @trynoscope by TryHackMe! AI Pentesting with deep web app coverage, automatic remediation, unlimited retests, and results in hours not days. NoScope has found major vulnerabilities in a huge range of companies (including a critical on a crypto trading platform - manipulating live trading data). Over the last 3 months NoScope was tested on many beta clients (more info on the site)! You can also use NoScope alongside a pentesting team. It goes deep so they can focus on prioritisation, remediation, and the findings that matter most. Human-led pentests are expensive and cover a fraction of applications. NoScope goes deeper for significantly less. Pentesters aren't going away, but the way pentests have been done for the last decade has changed. Getting an AI pentest has never been more important with attackers using AI-powered cyber capabilities. 👉 Oh! and! Your AI pentest is FREE if NoScope finds nothing - no findings, no payment! Check NoScope out! noscope.com

I don’t believe in dwelling on the past, but boy, have I learned quite a bit from thinking through mistakes. In affect that’s thinking about the past.

xss0r just discovered 129,000+ subdomains of Microsoft in only 5 seconds using passive scanning. And it doesn’t stop there, xss0r automatically continues with active enumeration, digging even deeper to uncover hidden assets. Run it yourself: ./xss0r --subdomains --urls domains.txt Find more. Faster. Smarter.

Is the way to get lots of responses is ask some random / almost useless question on X and people respond like "What food traumatized you as a kid and want now?" My is scalloped potatoes and ham (bubbling over burnt smell in the house).
