@SupportHQ_DM A person from UPS --> 518-786-4101, just called me incredibly rude, basically told me everything the call center had been telling me for the last week was wrong, told me to figure it out, and then when I went to ask a question, she said "okay, have a good day" and hung up.

@UPS Why have I been trying to get a package from you guys for over a week, and I every time I call, I get transferred to people that can't help me, and yet, they promise "TOMORROW we will deliver it"? @UPS Your customer support is AWFUL. Don't use this service.
