This has been a great few days away

Great few weeks rest surrounded by stunning courses. Two more days golf then home.

Fantastic day out with the UCAT care unit senior leadership team. Xmas night out in Jan = tell me you work in urgent care without telling me you work in urgent care!

Today was just what I needed 😍

I've just spent 10 minutes completing my staff survey. I'm shocked to see im now in the middle of the 41-50 age range 😁 Encourage all staff to do there’s too - we do listen and want to know the good and bad #haveyoursay

Excited for the first Urgent Care and Therapy SLT time-out this afternoon. An opportunity to come together and agree actions - what does a high performing care unit look like? What’s our even better if? How do we consolidate the fundamentals of our service delivery? 👀

This time last week I was preparing to play one of the most beautiful courses in Scotland. Now the mammoth challenge of attempting to catch up on emails #feelingrefreshed
