Poor M&S. They just can't catch a break. This wk a staff member asked a customer to leave because she wanted them to obey the law. Last yr a 14yr old girl was offered inappropriate bra fitting options so they had to send in Carol to retrain traumatised staff

Dries Van Langenhove
Dries Van Langenhove@DVanLangenhove·
These two paragraphs of my verdict are crucial for everyone to read and understand. "Even if all of the statements made by Van Langenhove are based on scientific evidence and statistics, it makes no difference to the criminal intent. Van Langenhove is not charged with spreading false information. He is charged with presenting facts in a way that incites hatred against persons on the grounds of one or more of the protected criteria in the Anti-Racism Law.” 1⃣ "For Van Langenhove to have committed a crime, it is not necessary for him to have incited concrete acts of hate or violence. It suffices that others are incited to take on a general attitude of intolerance or disapproval regarding a group protected under the criteria of the Anti-Racism Law." 2⃣ This means you can go to jail for "inciting hatred" even if your statements were 100% factual (see 1⃣) and even if you did NOT incite concrete acts of hate (see 2⃣). The benchmark of "inciting hatred" , a crime punishable by prison, is thus "saying something that has the potential of inciting someone to have a general attitude of disapproval regarding a protected group". This means literally any criticism of mass migration is now a punishable offence. If you cite a statistic, and someone could potentially think less of a protected group (like migrants) because of it, you can be jailed. The craziest part is that there is no defence possible against this. I brought the scientific studies that I cited to court, but the judge didn't care 1⃣. I also proved that the hundreds of students present at the lecture included students of all different political affiliations, and everyone was able to voice their opinion or ask questions. The lecture went very calmly, so obviously nobody was incited to hatred. But this too did not matter 2⃣, because if the judge says he believes there is the possibility that someone COULD be incited to "a general attitude of disapproval", this is enough for the judge to send me to jail, even without any evidence. I'm telling you this to warn you that by the time these hate speech laws have come into place, it's already too late. You will NEVER be able to beat these laws in court. You have to stop them before they are implemented. Let my fate be your warning.

🇸🇾🇩🇪 MOSSADIL COMMENTARY: WHY PUTTING A JIHADI IN A SUIT WAS NEVER GOING TO WORK Germany opened its doors to Syrian refugees during the civil war. Over a decade later, Assad is gone, the West has spent months pretending Syria is now “stable,” and the former jihadist they rebranded as a statesman is being treated like a normal diplomatic partner. Why? Because Europe needs Syria to look safe enough to send Syrians back. So they put the jihadi in a suit, invited him onto the world stage, ignored the past, whitewashed the present, and convinced themselves they had created a solution. Now Syria is rejecting Germany’s plan to return more than 700,000 Syrian refugees. Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani says Damascus “categorically rejects” forced deportations and calls Syrians in Germany a “strategic resource.” Read that again. Germany thought it was stabilizing Syria so it could send Syrians home. Syria is saying: no, keep them. This is what happens when Western governments feed the alligator, dress it in a suit, and then act shocked when it refuses to behave like a house pet. Europe wanted an exit strategy. Instead, it helped legitimize the very forces that now have every incentive to keep their leverage inside Europe.

For three days he remained shut inside his room, while outside thousands of desperate people begged for help. When he finally opened the door, he destroyed in twelve days everything he had spent his life building. It was June 17, 1940. France was collapsing under the German advance, and outside the Portuguese consulate in Bordeaux there were entire families, Jews, refugees, children, people with no home left and no future left. They were all waiting for a visa — a piece of paper that could mean survival. The consul’s name was . He had received a clear order from the Portuguese dictator : do not grant visas to refugees, especially Jews. For months he obeyed. Then he saw the crowd. He saw the fear in people’s eyes. And something inside him changed. He came out of his room, walked into the consular office, and said out loud: “From now on, I will give visas to everyone. There will be no more nationalities, races, or religions.” From that moment on, he began signing nonstop. Day and night. Without sleeping. Without asking for money. Without asking questions. He signed so many visas that, in the end, his signature had become almost illegible. When Lisbon found out, they ordered him to stop. He refused. He even went so far as to open a border gate himself to allow more refugees to cross to safety. He paid for it all. He lost his job, his pension, his career, and his home. His children faced obstacles in education and employment. His family fell into poverty, supported in the end by the very Jewish community he had helped save. He died in 1954, almost forgotten, buried in a borrowed robe because he did not even own suitable clothes. Years later, the world finally understood who he truly had been. Aristides de Sousa Mendes saved around 30,000 people. He once said: “If thousands of Jews can suffer because of one Christian, then one Christian can suffer to save thousands of Jews.” Sometimes courage makes no noise. It stays shut inside a room for three days. Then it opens a door and changes history.

🇧🇪 Belgium just convicted Dries Van Langenhove for “hate speech” because he linked mass migration to crime and social decline during a university lecture using statistics and scientific sources. The judge openly admitted the facts themselves were not false. That’s the terrifying part. The ruling basically says you can still be punished even when what you say is true, if the government decides your framing is politically unacceptable. He’s already spent over €420,000 fighting these cases and says more prosecutions are coming. Welcome to Europe Source: @DVanLangenhove

Breaking news: After 59 years of constant, aggressive and greedy land theft, Israel now controls roughly 60% less territory than it did after the Six-Day war. Worst expansionist empire ever. It can be added to apartheid and genocide as things Israel is notoriously bad at.
