Notice that the only grunting yelling or screaming in this clip comes from The Punisher's victims, while Frank himself is collected and professional. THIS is how the Punisher should be portrayed. Yes, this film had it's flaws, mostly the choices the director took with tone, and actors chewing the scenery, but Stevenson's portrayal of the Punisher is still the best we've been given.

Almost every shot of Ray Stevenson in Warzone is like The Punisher has been ripped from the comics, incredible casting

Maybe the best villain the Punisher's ever had. Deserves that title far more than Jigsaw. Far more unpredictable. Barracuda is legitimately funny and can also be genuinely scary.
