In the works for over six years, during which success was NOT a foregone conclusion, has come: 1) the game-changing discovery of the first-ever closed system of propositional logic in the form of natural deduction that is, moreover, fully reliable and user-friendly and 2) a book written around it: The Return of Rationality. The book also includes broader philosophical and social commentary that speaks to why humanity finds itself in such a rut with respect to logical analysis and critical thinking, of which there is an undeniable dearth, moreover, even among ostensibly well-educated people. The Return of Rationality can be used as a primary text or course textbook in high school, college, and even graduate school or for profitable independent study. In fact, there remains work to be done on the project -- such as the possibility that some of the (novel) proofs could be made more elegant -- and that could lead to opportunities for readers and students of The Return of Rationality to become acknowledged contributors to the project (on future editions)! Updates about the publication of the book and history of the project to come... For now, here is this: internetstitute.com.

Saw what you stated in your profile bio, friend, about being obsessed with the basis of ethics. I just had to respond and found this 👆 reply of yours by way of which to do so. So, I would first like to share this 👇 with you: x.com/i/status/18000… Then, I would like to suggest that the journey toward understanding the basis of ethics/morals begin with these two questions: 1) What characterizes the moment when conduct becomes ethical/moral? 2) Why does acting ethically/morally not come more naturally and effortlessly? Thank you for your time, and Happy Easter!
Steven Stegeman@StevenAStegeman

Ugh... 😮‍💨 Noooo.. 🤦‍♂️ This is the hackneyed opining of idealist students with utopian visions. The trajectory of moral understanding bends toward neither collectivist nor individualist forms of ethics but towards the interpersonal dimension of ethics: opensiuc.lib.siu.edu/dissertations/… 🕺💃 Simply put, authentic ethical action lies in, among other ethical paradigms of course, neither the Utilitarian Calculus nor the Categorical Imperative but the Golden Rule! But, I digress... 🙄 These boomers need to go to pasture already but, instead, are holding onto the "ideals" of Communism, which is NOT even an ethics but a sociopolitical philosophy. They are like Marx in the second half of the Communist Manifesto, when he became totally unhinged because of his megalomaniacal desire to see his vision manifest... in violence! 😱

Liberalism obviously only makes sense when the majority of your population is agentic, responsible, and guided by a similar moral compass. Idk how you can be a hardcore liberal and not recognize that about your own belief system.

I think you misspelled "me". 🤭 According to or, more accurately stated, notwithstanding our "esteemed" jurist's 🤭 appeal to the "medieval" meaning of the word "allegiance", 🤭 yes, of course, one is subject to the laws of the country whose borders one is physically within. But, so what? 🤷‍♂️ What point does that establish vis-à-vis citizenship status? 🤔 Moreover, here is the rub... When one is abroad, one is not just subject to the laws of the foreign country one is in, but also to the laws of one's HOME country, like if one works abroad, tax laws. That HOME country whose laws one is subject to EVEN WHEN ONE IS NOT PHYSICALLY PRESENT IN SAID COUNTRY is the country to which one has "allegiance" in the sense that is relevant to this debate, medieval, modern, or otherwise. So, pedantry aside, our "esteemed" jurist here has the reasoning exactly bass-ackwards. 🤪 Of course, our loose dual-citizenship policies only serve to further muddy the waters. 😮‍💨

The logic is not logicking... 🤔 You have a point insofar as this whole debate is an artifact of medieval feudal systems under monarchies, but in that context people are "subjects" of "kings" 👑 (oh, the irony 🤭), NOT "citizens" of "nations". 🇺🇳 With that said, in the here and now, are you and she suggesting any country one visits one becomes a citizen of? If so, that is patently absurd. 🤪 Or, are you and she suggesting crime as a pathway to citizenship, that is, as a way to legally immigrate to a country? 🤣 If so, yeah, HARD pass! Criminals, moreover from foreign countries, do not pledge allegiance, that is, in the modern sense that is RELEVANT to the modern problem we are PRESENTLY trying to solve. I mean, where is your little lecture ultimately going here? 🤷‍♂️

@IfindRetards I like how you all are actually so ignorant that you confidently call KBJ stupid, when you're the stupid ones for being so wrong. She's using "allegiance" in the Medieval sense, allegiance meant one has an obligation to follow the law, i.e., "obey the laws of the jurisdiction."

Tapping the brakes just a touch, folks. The RoR's launch has been long in the waiting. What is one more month? I have not taken all this time to put anything less than my best foot forward with every step I take. Between book-launch optimization considerations, last-minute publishing complications, and an unexpectedly exceptional busy patch 😮‍💨 at my day job, 👨‍🏫 I am pushing back the launch dates accordingly; please mark your 🗓 calendars: Launch at Amazon on May 5th! Launch at Barnes & Noble on June 9th! RoR updates are available here: 👇 internetstitute.com

Thousands screamed “NO KINGS” today… while defending the people who’ve ruled Washington for 170+ combined years. Chuck Grassley (51 years). Schumer (45). Pelosi (39). Bernie got kicked out of a hippie commune for not working. Trump? 5 years and gone in 2029. Read the brutal irony:

Well, friend, I am glad my points of emphasis came through... because my italics did not. 😅 No word of a lie, but I had italicized "just" in the first ¶, "on behalf of" in the third ¶, and "theory" in the fourth ¶. You expanded outstandingly on pretty much all three! 🤗 That said, hate to even seem to lay any blame on Hegel, not that I am the biggest fan, mind you. I blame it on Marx and his appropriation and rendition of the Hegelian dialectic, 😬 although to be totally frank, I even think Marx, for whom I have absolutely no love loss, would be like... 🤦‍♂️ seeing where his (bad enough) economic class-based dialectic has been taken. 🤭 Finally, as regards 🏳️‍🌈 woke 🏳️‍⚧️ AI 🤖 training, perhaps even worse yet, not intersectionality as ideology or even epistemology but as ontology... of the person. That is to say, it is not just what I believe or how we know and think but WHO I AM OVER AND AGAINST WHAT YOU ARE!!! Yikes! 😳 Lord, help us... 🙄 🙏 By the way, you are a science teacher, and I am a philosophy lecturer. Aren't we supposed to be a couple of atheists? 🤣

Thank you for that. Genuinely. You articulated what I was circling around and named it with surgical precision: it is not VULNERABILITY to communist methodology. It IS communist methodology. The Hegelian dialectic applied to race. Identify the "oppressed." Manufacture grievance. Weaponize the group. Seize the position of the "oppressor" under the banner of liberation. And then -- this is the part nobody talks about -- become an even MORE ruthless oppressor than the one you replaced. Every Marxist revolution in history ended there. Every. Single. One. Biden's "you ain't Black" and Newsom's "I cannot read" are not gaffes. They are TELLS. The mask slips when they feel safe. They feel safe around Black audiences because the operational value you quoted -- "a voting bloc to be MANAGED" -- has held so long that they stopped pretending in front of the managed. Now, your AI observation. That one kept me up. Because you are right. Goal #20 from the 45 Communist Goals read into the Congressional Record on January 10, 1963: "infiltrate the press." Goal #21: "control radio, TV, and motion pictures." In 1963 they could not have imagined that the INTERNET would become the one place the trail could never be erased. For 30 years it has been their Achilles heel -- every deleted tweet cached, every "mostly peaceful" chyron archived, every voter suppression accusation from 2016 sitting right next to their 2020 silence. Permanently. A wokified AI, trained on intersectionality as epistemology rather than as ideology, would be the most powerful revision engine ever built. Not censorship. REVISION. And the difference matters. Censorship leaves a hole. Revision leaves a replacement. They do not need to win the argument. They just need to make you unable to find the record that they lost it. Watch that space closely. Thank you.

So, you are saying one has to have a child to investigate daycare-center fraud. Got it! 😳👌 To answer your stupidly tendentious question, though, 😮‍💨 I would not seek to undermine someone who has a clear record of uncovering fraud by bearing false witness against that person in the form an implicit accusation of something heinous but of which there is absolutely no record, especially not on behalf of some slimy, two-bit politician.
