@JillTaylorCity The email was probably legit, the scammer probably requested a MFA code or password reset code.. Call display can be easily spoofed, never trust incoming calls, always call back on a known legit number like a local bank branch or number on back of card.

Call display said name of Bank AND email with code looked like official bank email

BEWARE and BE AWARE! A family member just had thousands of $$ taken out of their bank account and charges to their credit card within minutes and this is how it happened …. 1/
