@HalifaxBank Halifax is not sending the code to me phone by text, this has zero to do with my laptop, the day before the change to the new login it worked, then Halifax changed the way we login and it no longer sends texts. This is clearly server, not user error. My Sky mobile is working fine

@StevenNEEUK We are sorry you're still not getting the passcode. I’d suggest you to clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page and try logging in again. Also make sure that nothing on your phone or network is stopping texts from coming through. ^Roopraj

@HalifaxBank No errors, it just says wait up to 5 minutes for a code to be sent by text message and i don't receive it. All details are correct, i checked the app and i login fine through the appbut the website times out after so long for waiting for a text that doesn't arrive.
