Just had a call with Razer Vip About this and it was Resolved. They are working to define their warranty terms better and look into this sensor issue. and my unit will be getting replaced. 1/2

So my Razer Viper V4 Pro is unusable on multiple glasspads and I contacted Razer and they are refusing to do anything like rma because I switched to dots skates and that violates the warranty. Genuinely WTH! This is extremely standard in 2026 what a joke @Razer @TeamRazer

2/2 I also suggested that they add an extra set of stock skates in the box so if they believe sensor issues are caused by third party skates they can just instruct the customer to reapply stock skates.

Btw I may not even need a warranty it might just be a firmware issue but it doesn't seem they wanna admit that Lots of people have this issue you can read the comments below I just wanna be able to use this mouse without it throwing my matches idc if it's a firmware or rma fix

Well I'm currently in the military for some time, so all content will be paused for awhile. In the mean time, I want to purchase some stuff to try when I'm back in a few weeks. I was thinking Op18kv2 cable, mouse, switches? keyboard case? any suggestions?
