@verynetwork I’m so very upset and annoyed by the level of service I’ve received trying to rectify a delivery address for a gift I ordered. Your customer service team has reordered the item to the wrong address again and now your phone lines are not connecting - please help me!!

@British_Airways We have been trying to contact BA holidays for two weeks now to make an important name change and every time we call, your recorded system says you are too busy to speak to customers and then hangs up. Hopefully someone might like to try and help us today.
