USPS worker just got caught stealing a winning lottery ticket out of the mail. A woman in Tampa hit for $2,600 on Pick 4 and mailed the ticket to a relative in Fort Lauderdale to help cover funeral expenses. The ticket never showed up. Turns out a letter carrier named Lakaysha Lockhart grabbed it, walked into the lottery office, and cashed it herself. She’s now facing multiple felony charges including grand theft and mail theft. Stealing from a family trying to bury someone. Absolutely no shame.
