Every conversation, every emotion, every bit of stress costs me energy Im very limited on.. --- This is why I’m saying this clearly: Never assume or judge what you can't see. Heart disease is taking people out every single day — quietly. Stress. Anxiety. Conflict. Noise. Drama, etc... It all hits the heart harder than you think.
