Monday morning sawing. 🔥 We’ve got the Bomar Individual 520.360 DGANC on to start a new customer project. Having this machine in our factory means parts go straight to the next stage with minimal clean up, keeping production moving and helping us stay on track.

A typical day in the life at S&C… Steel on the move, sheets lined up and fed into place. Machines fire up, and it’s all hands on deck: every cut, every bend checked and rechecked. No shortcuts. Piece by piece, it all comes together on the shop floor! #UKMfg

Folded and ready to go - next up is #PowderCoating! These parts are heading onto the line for a powder coated finish. The coating helps protect the metal against scratches, chips, corrosion and rust, so the parts keep their appearance and keep doing their job for longer.

What’s something you can’t live without? Some say their phone, others coffee. We’d say our two Prima Power E5 CNC punching machines. They handle large sheets, keeping jobs moving with repositioning and combining punching, forming and marking in one setup.

Now that’s what we call a perfect finish. 😍 You can’t beat finishing off a batch of components before a break. We’ll leave these parts to dry while we’re off enjoying the sun, then it’s back in on Tuesday to assemble, package, and get them sent out to the customer.

A coat of paint really takes a part from ‘great’ to excellent. 🤩 This batch has been through our HiTech spray booth, left to cure, and is now ready for assembly. From there, each part will be quality checked, securely packed and sent out to the customer. #UKmfg #UKeng

Nothing beats finishing on a Friday, knowing the Bystronic ByStar Fiber Laser is still working! Paired with our ByTrans Extended automated loading and unloading system, the machine continues production. Come Monday morning, we’re straight back into it with parts ready to go. 👍
