Before Bernoulli and Beaker there was only Bunsen. Bunsen is now seven and a half and for years he was my solo canine companion. It was almost unthinkable that he came close to death a few short weeks ago and it has got me thinking of him and our many adventures.

@Stevewallder I find that as I’ve gotten older, and I’ve experience more loss in life, I have a much different perspective than young me ever did. It is a softer outlook and I don’t crave anything else but moments like this in my life
