The chairman of the Official Akira Toriyama Fanclub, Tsuneo Matsumoto, has sadly passed away. He was 71 years old. He has been the chairman of the fan club since Dr Slump days in 1984. He was reportedly the inspiration for Master Roshi and had a close friendship with Toriyama.

@ToonHive People need to just let show creators, especially indie ones, create the shows they want to create. That's the entire point of creating independent animation. No one but the people involved in the shows creation are entitled to making decisions about its characters and plot.
