It’s just a little frustrating when you wish the fandom engaged with discussions as “Oh, that’s an interesting take. I have a different interpretation, here’s why I think that.” Instead of “People who believe [thing] about the character are so insufferable 🙄 “

I just wish conversations about this were more mature and constructive instead of people acting catty and blocking you and and acting defensive and vagueposting about “mischaracterization” instead of having a mature conversation about it.

I've been trying to figure out how to articulate this for a while... but because of the narrative framing, it always felt like TCO was going to be a red herring. Thinking about it further, the way the plot was structured just doesn't lend itself to a "TCO killed Mitsi" story
