Chef Luke's taken delivery of a whole salt aged lamb, and THIS WEEKEND we are going to be working our way through it. We are starting off tonight with 8 Barnsley chops served with minted crushed potatoes, asparagus & Sticky Red Wine Sauce™️ split with some lamb fat. 🤌
