@SheenaLouiseF My cramps were a nightmare for years, same as your friend's, I'd throw up if I didn't take painkillers quickly enough. Not a single doctor suggested I try another bc pill until I requested it myself after many years. Now I'm almost pain free 😑 thankful but bitter

I put tinfoil in strategic places on and around the kitchen counter today, hoping it would keep foster cat Juni off them. It didn't go as planned. I really didn't expect to be wiping pieces of foil off of cat lips today but here we are. 🤦‍♀️
