The case began when a young adult woman in the U.S.—we'll call her Olivia—fell victim to a brutal sextortion scheme. Her local sheriff’s office and an FBI task force both told her there was nothing they could do. Desperate and suicidal, her sister reached out to me. I brought Olivia into a call, walked her through a mindset shift that put her back in control, and within 15 minutes, I had located the offender in Ghana. That same day, I connected with Victoria and Felix at the Ghana CSA. By the next morning, we had planned a coordinated international sting operation. Felix drove nine hours to the target location. Victoria activated legal channels and worked with a local bank manager who agreed to participate. Olivia, having been carefully assessed and supported emotionally, convinced the offender to accept a wire transfer instead of cryptocurrency. He was arrested at the bank while attempting to collect the funds. The money was recovered, and the threat was contained. He has remained in custody since Christmas Eve 2023, denied bail. If convicted, he faces a mandatory minimum of ten years in prison under Ghanaian law, with a potential sentence of up to twenty-five years due to the aggravated circumstances, including filming himself uploading Olivia’s private images to pornographic websites in an effort to destroy her. The full indictment will be published in the coming weeks, after conviction and sentencing are finalized.
