I spoke about caution in the ongoing BBL trend at the Honest Bunch podcast and cited the following things 1. BBL is not a cosmetic makeup procedure where you have it done today and tomorrow you go clubbing. It’s a major life changing surgery that changes your life. 2. There are complications that come with this procedure. People even die from the surgery. And there are more unqualified people doing it here than qualified ones. Do your research! 3. No one is saying that you can’t do what you want with your body, do what you want for yourself, but you must do with the full information - the financial burden, the health complications during and after the surgery, and the cost physically, mentally, and financially. 4. A BBL will not fix existing mental health issues around low self esteem and other mental health challenges. For many, mental therapy is all they need before lying down on the surgeons bed for the surgery. 5. Stop gaslighting people with tummy teas and waist trainers when you have done a BBL. That is medical gaslighting and you should be arrested. 6. If a BBL is cheap, your life is the discount. I thank the people at HBP for having me. The image attached is a pencil drawing not a photo or A.i Something I never told you all😅.. After I saw that @joerogan reposted my art.., I left some few projects I was working on at the time which was for an art grant and decided to portray this mam who have shown me great kindness! I worked on 25th of December, I worked on New year! This particular piece here was the first I drew during that time.., it took me four days.. I was so happy with it but💔 something was off.., the resemblance I got was a bit off to the image which was taken of him in the year he made the iconic transition to full time podcast, doing things on his own terms.., this image I used as reference and got a 95% resemblance and this wasn't enough as I was aiming for a 98/99%. I left the piece and started on a new one with a more recent reference which captured his person and the smile was enough to represent the great kindness I've been shown. After completing the second piece which took six days.., I shared immediately 😁.. Thank y'all immensely for the amazing support, please tag him and repost till he sees this!
