Earlier this month our Higher Human Biology learners had the opportunity to visit @surgeonshall in Edinburgh and engaged in workshops on the History of Surgery and Genetic Mutations. Fascinating stuff!

Last week some of our S5/6 Biologists were visited by Aryelly Rodriguez, a statistician who works on clinical trials at @EdinburghUni. This brought to life what they have learned about clinical trials in school, and gave them an insight into Aryelly's pathway into her career.

Earlier this month a team of S2 pupils took part in the IED Faraday Challenge. They had to design an engineering solution to a future flight problem, and presented their idea to other teams & staff from across WLC. They demonstrated great skills & did a fantastic job - well done!
