$MSFT is leasing a Texas data center that was supposed to be part of the Stargate project between $ORCL and OpenAI. Microsoft explained in their previous earnings that if they dedicated all of their GPUs to Azure, cloud growth would have surpassed 40%. Demand is strong and Microsoft needs the capacity so this isn't a surprise at all.

The market is forward looking. The worst is being priced in. Can war escalate and we go lower? Sure. Seller exhaustion most likely happened but this creates asymmetry. One slight positive news will send the market higher just like the tariff dip in 2025. Keep cash ready, and buy solid companies and you’re good long term. $SPY

No matter what Adobe posted this quarter, the stock would’ve reacted like this regardless unless they had an absolute BLOWOUT quarter. The CEO leaving was definitely unexpected but we don’t even know when that will happen. Revenue is re-accelerating and AI product growth looks really good. However, Adobe needs to show over the next few quarters that growth can maintain for investors to feel confident again. If you liked $ADBE at $350 then you should love it at $250. $ADBE
