Question on reverse split. While Hyperscale Data $GPUS received stockholder approval last month for a reverse stock split, at this time, no decision has been made to initiate a reverse split.  The approval gives Hyperscale Data the right, but not the obligation, to undertake a reverse split at any time for a period of 12 months from the date of stockholder approval.  We believe it’s important to have the ability to do so, which Hyperscale would do in order to maintain its listing in accordance with NYSE American rules, but hope that the market recognizes the value of the stock so it does not need to.  This is not recommendation to buy or sell securities.
