A very fine lunch at Niall Keating and @GNev2's Tender at the @StockExHotel this week. During the day it has a deceptively simple brasserie menu, which is delivered with serious finesse. That parfait was spectacular, smooth as Sade, with a perfect balance of sweetness and crunch.

Last night was the friends and family launch of Tender, the new venture from Niall Keating at @GNev2's @StockExHotel. This has always been a grand old room, but tonight it felt fantastic, the darker walls and layered lighting making the space feel more intimate and hospitable.

Butter sauce, or rather *lobster* butter sauce. To be spooned over roast halibut at Niall Keating's new restaurant, Tender, at @GNev2's @StockExHotel.

Really enjoyed the preview dinner event for Tender by @keatingniall1 at @StockExHotel. The space looks great, and Niall has a good vision for the restaurant. It opens on 5th June
