Customer support services of @upstox is the worst among all the brokers. I raised a query on 9th November 2024 vide ticket ID- 8811421 but haven't received any call or e-mail from the partner support team. I'm very disappointed with their shameful service.@UpstoxSupport #Nifty

This account was suddenly disqualified from X ads for reasons that I have no knowledge of. When I send an email to correct it, they just tell me to correct it again, but won't tell me where to correct it. Finally, they told me that they are no longer providing support for this account. Why can't they tell me what is wrong? If this is the case, I will just have to delete all my posts, change my icon and profile to a blank image, and ask for a re-examination, won't I? I have contacted support and they have not returned any of my calls. Sometimes the same card goes through on different accounts, but not on the same account. I really want to register with @sindenekoninaru as an Organized Certifying Organization. This one was not accepted as a certified organization at first because it was a personal account. However, @sindenekoninaru's claim that it is an organization as a concept because it publishes various books and engages in other activities was accepted, and for a time it was approved as a certified organization. If you look at @sindenekoninaru's account, you will see that the jobs section and the related accounts tab are still there. That's the trace. However, the next week my certification was revoked. What in the world is going on? And what am I supposed to do? I've asked the support team about the above points several times, and they keep giving me the same answer. What should I do? Please help me. No matter how many times I contact the support team, all I get is the same answer and get to same bad end. What should I do? Please help me.
