On National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour all the children and families impacted by the residential school system and recognize the trauma that continues to be felt. At KPR, our learning and conversations about Truth & Reconciliation continue every day, all year.

This week has been a great kick-off to this year's athletics events! Our JR and INT teams had great results at our Area tournaments! Congrats to JR boys 'A' finalists and INT boys 'A' Champions. All athletes demonstrated excellent sportsmanship and team play! Go Shock!

Gr 4/5 @StockdalePS had a busy day as Water Habitat Inspectors and playing the Indigenous Uses of the Environment game. They even caught a juvenile trout! They decided that Little Cold Creek is a healthy habitat with the bio-indicators present
