My Zomato delivery guy was 20 mins late & I was ready to yell. When I opened the door, he was limping. He met with a small accident but didn't want to cancel because 'Rating gir jayegi Didi.' I gave him water & 500 tip. My heart is heavy. We really don't deserve them.

Last night in Delhi NCR, my friend lost her purse, phone and cash gone. She just needed ₹100 to get back to her flat. She asked 3–4 shopkeepers for help. they said, “Sleep with me for an hour and I’ll give ₹1000.”
Is this what we’ve become? No humanity left, only exploitation.

This food delivery guy reached our society with our order but didn’t even bother entering the gate or sending a MyGate approval.
Later he claims he “called” us while we received zero calls. And after waiting 40 minutes for the order, he cancelled it himself.
Payment was already done, and the app charged us a cancellation fee.
So apparently the new delivery model is: reach outside the society → cancel the order → keep the food → charge the customer 👏

'4 trillion dollar economy' nonsense has fried the brains of Indians so badly that they don't realise Indonesia's per capita GDP is literally double that of India. "4 times poorer" it seems.
