Long overdue business update:
Refreshed inventory is flowing into the sales chain. A couple hundred copies are already out there, but since Amazon warehouses hundreds, it isn't guaranteed you'll get this version. Wish I could say this will never happen again, but having to commit to a release about one year in advance, things happen. Last edition (3) was during the pandemic. My mediocre work led to two bad options: either a complete new release or doing the work in the background and simply having the refreshed edition pick up where the old one left off when inventory ran out. I felt like the latter was the better of two bad options.
Anyway, electronic versions have been updated since summer. Google Play Store provides pdf and epub. Or, if you have edition 3 or 3.5 in any format, email me (mike@stoneroadpress.com), and I'll hook you up with the current pdf.
