@Stonegate_Group Went to Lamb and Lion in Bath yesterday at 5pm. Ordered food and an hour later we still had nothing beyond our starters, which were inedible. Pub staff agreed to refund us, said an email would be coming our way and over 12hrs later still no refund or email 😠

@Stonegate_Group ordered food spent nearly £70.00. Waited over 1hr and chased a few times. Then it came out, ‘stone’ cold dried up, chips like nails, absolutely awful. A new alcoholic free drink too - gin & tonic without the gin. Refund now offered for some food - Hammersmith

@Stonegate_Group #bluebellmiddlesborough despite our men asking several times they have not had their room serviced. They are booked in for long time & are working men. Why aren’t their rooms cleaned / fresh sheets & towels provided as asked? Covid is not an acceptable excuse.

@Stonegate_Group - we like Slains Castle Aberdeen so much that we've again travelled up from Gateshead just to stay there for the day before our tea-time train back to Newcastle. But we can't be doing meals when we're *shivering to keep warm*! Can we not have the heating on???

@Stonegate_Group went for a meal at our local pub called the old bank, ordered steak, pie and the foot long man n cheese. steak came with no peas or tomato as they had ran out, the pie was tiny and had no peas as they had ran out and the mac n cheese was stone cold. Disaster meal
