I suspect like Lincoln, Trump will disobey the supreme court on suspending the rights of Habeas Corpus not being allowed. Precedent has been set, and the die has been cast.

@Scarface2221 Without habeas corpus the state can "legally" lock you up and never tell anyone why, where, or even if you’re alive (and you might not be). This isn't about partisan stuff and Trump ain't Lincoln.

Lincoln literally suspended habeas corpus on April 27th, 1861.
