🐝🦇🪶 Recent surveys of the Llanwern Solar Farm situated to the south of the former Llanwern steelworks have revealed damage to the nationally important and designated Gwent Levels landscape. Decline in bee, bat & lapwing numbers. nation.cymru/news/new-findi…

Can all interested parties please respond to PEDW by 20/6/25 in relation to requested additional info (see portal). Comments can only be made with reference to this info: ie Lapwing mitigation, peat & conditions. Sadly mitigation measures are likely to fail as at Llanwern Solar.
