@SadiraStone Totally get it! I often sprint alone, so it’s not competitive as much as “ok I have 20 minutes to really focus”.

@StoryCraftCafe Sprints don't help me. Though I like gathering online sometimes to chat about writing, I'm not competitive by nature, and pressure to beat someone else's word count just annoys me. You do you; I do me.

What is your ideal word sprint length? I personally am a fan of 20 minute sprints.
