One year ago today, after being home from the NICU for just 10 days we returned with Harrison. Within a few hours of being admitted the doctors suspected it was a genetic disorder. Capturing these little smiles made all the hours of worry worth it. He was such a brave patient!

1 year ago today we were breaking free from our 52 day NICU stay. Not how we planned it, but thankful that we did get to bring Harrison home. So many families who experience loss don’t get that opportunity. Praising God that we got to spend some time at home as a family of 3!

God comforts us in our darkest times, so we are able to have strength to give others help and strength during their worst times. #purposeinpain
