@UberEats Massive failure for a non delivery. I could see the delivery driver at least half a mile away saying he was waiting. Instructions are specific in the app. Gone thryu the app and the response insisted he delivered. Given the amount I typically spend via Under Eats, and this order wasn't cheap the service response gets 0/10. Who do I escalate with?
