Apprenticeships are having a moment. 💼 A number of active participants in U.S. registered apprenticeship programs more than doubled between 2014 and 2024, according to a 2025 federal analysis.

#ICYMI — The @VEDPVirginia recently introduced #InternshipsVA. The initiative supports employers in Virginia by providing resources to help build internship programs that strengthen the talent pipeline and support retention.

Stephen Moret of @stradaeducation told attendees at the 11th Annual Kentucky Workforce Summit that Kentucky is uniquely positioned to shape the next era of workforce opportunity in America, noting the Kentucky Chamber's role in advancing workforce efforts. He called for Kentucky’s continued focus on strengthening employment outcomes by reducing underemployment, expanding work-based learning, strengthening career coaching, and better aligning talent development with employer demand.
