These are the people I'm fighting for. These are the people who deserve a Mayor who actually gives a damn and leads from the front. Our brave men and women in uniform have protected this city and this nation at enormous personal cost. As Mayor, I will ensure that London honours that sacrifice, through housing, mental health support, and genuine opportunity for every veteran who calls this city home. To every Londoner who has felt and is witnessing their Capital City crumble beneath their feet, who has been & felt ignored, talked down to, or left behind. I see you! That's exactly why I feel the need to stand. Not for the political class. Not for the elite. For you, the people, my people! London deserves a leader who has been tested. People are sick of politics filtering into absolutely everything. This is the reason I want to run as an independent (as it stands). If I want to be a politician I’ll jump on a by-election and become one however I want to be the Mayor of London and strip away as much political interference from that position as possible (especially within our @metpoliceuk) by being accountable to London and Londoners, not having to tow a political party line. I’m not ruling out a political alignment or support along the way but only if it’s predominantly in the best interests of our Capital City, England and the English! 🫡🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

There's a young woman in my village who works in the local shop, cleans the pub and babysits in the evenings because she wants to save for a deposit on a flat. Also in my village is a small new housing development where young women on benefits are just given a brand new house and tax payers' money to pay their rent. All so wrong.
