@RoyalMailHelp i just held for 1 hour 15 mins to speak to someone. Theydidnt solve problem. I have parcel being held since 11th because there’s a customs fee to pay. I have not received a fee to pay card and cannot pay online without it tracking no: ET273433351AU please help me

Really inconsiderate parking here @EddieStobartCom - I asked the driver to move and he shrugged his shoulders and said no. I had to take my two small children round this huge lorry, parked on a blind bend, into traffic. Not acceptable.
