Gmonad家人们，北京 Rebel in Paradise AI Hackathon Hacker House（1/31）刚结束。整体感受：要维持竞争力比以前更加不容易。如何把 AI 产出结果才是关键，当 Monad 遇上 AI Coding ，是在解决“把想法落地到系统” 这次收获非常大，邀请来的嘉宾包含硅基流动联创杨哥、阶跃星辰、KIMI、Enlight、7x 等许多行业大咖分享。从早到晚，大家的分享和交流，比较专注在怎么把产品闭环，而不是另一个“看起来很 AI”的壳，聊的基本都是工程约束和落地路径，不那么crypto ，我自己学习很多；Enlight、SevenX 的反馈也很直接：真正值钱的是可执行性，而不是叙事 北京场结束了，线上比赛还在继续（到 2/28），并且 @Monad 还加码了以 Moltiverse 为主题的 AI 黑客松，各位开发者还有什么好等的，干就对了！ 最后分享几条 AI Coding 的实用打法： 1. 先写 spec，再写 prompt。没有规格的 AI 输出基本等于随机数 2. Prompt 要像写测试：语言版本、复杂度、边界条件、安全约束、代码风格都要写清楚 3. 先让 AI 生成测试，再生成实现（反向 TDD），覆盖率会好看很多 4. 把 AI 当 pair programmer：生成 → 跑测试 → 贴报错 → 让它修 → 再跑，而不是一次性生成就 merge 5. 多文件项目必须喂上下文，否则只会在单文件里自嗨 6. 安全工具先跑：Bandit / Semgrep / Slither + 单测是底线，AI 最容易漏权限和边界 7. 机械活全交给 AI：CRUD、DTO、脚手架、迁移、重构胶水代码，人主要负责写核心逻辑 8. 多模型组合更现实：一个负责长推理，一个负责补全，一个负责 review 9. 把 AI 输出当“陌生人代码”：你得能逐行讲清楚它为什么对 10. 建自己的 prompt 库 + 定期复盘，比临场灵感值钱得多 以上，动手干。如果这周末在深圳，欢迎面基💜
